About
Aozora Community (“Blue Sky” in Japanese) is a Brooklyn-based educational and cultural non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) dedicated to building connections through Japanese language and culture.
We offer engaging programs for all ages — from our beloved bilingual preschool for children ages 2–5, to Aozora Academy for K–12 students, and Japanese classes for adults (even complete beginners!).
Beyond the classroom, Aozora hosts a variety of cultural and community events throughout the year, such as our Chat Café language exchange and monthly Movie Nights.
